YOUR RESULTS!
Each question in the Cold Hard Warm test starts with an idea and offers 3 possible ways to end the idea. Your taks is to distribute 7 points between the 3 options to show which ending is the one most like your usual response.
For example, if you had to answer the question below and (c) "being competitive and winning" is the closest to how you feel, then put the most points in the box next to that choice, e.g., 4 points.
If out of the two remaining options (a) "meeting people and the social aspect" is closer to your typical reaction then you might score that 2. Now you only have 1 point left, so put a 1 in the box next to the remaining answer (b) "exercising and getting into shape".
Take your time filling in the options, don't rush. Try to remember how you have acted recently in the past rather than how you would like to act. We all try to see ourselves in a good light, to give you best insight into your own behaviour it is best to be honest about how you actually respond. You can always fill it in again - perhaps to see how others would view you if you made different choices about how you respond to them.
